- For any type of Diabetes: As part of the study requirements, the day of the study we will test the glucose levels in the blood before the procedure, If we find such levels over 200 mg/dl, we can not perform the test. As the procedure usually takes place early in the afternoon, we recommend you should eat a light breakfast (following the diet rules previously mentioned) early in the morning, and inject your normal dose of insulin.
- If you are pregnant , please notify to our staff.
- Breastfeeding should be avoided for approximately 24 hours after the procedure.
